Shipping costs

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Gentz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.


Incorrect address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Gentz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or missing.
We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
